In partnership with Woodlands at Reid Temple Management, CJR is bringing high-end quality to Woodlands at Reid Temple. It will be a beautiful, modern community featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments furnished with Energy Star appliances, maple cabinetry, plank flooring in the living area and carpeted bedrooms. Woodlands features luxurious amenities including a clubhouse with a distinctively appointed club room, business center, and conference room. A fitness center, Wellness Suite and staffed Medical office will also be on site for minor medical care and emergencies.
When CJR was hired as the advisor and development managers for Woodlands, the project was stalled by funding and zoning obstacles. CJR turned it around. Relying on partner Harold Johnson’s expertise, CJR was able to put together funding from county, state, and federal governments utilizing the financial and economic development tools available. Working as the development manager on behalf of Reid Temple and Reid Community Development Corporation, CJR shepherded the project through the entitlements and approvals needed to successfully procure project funding.
