In addition, CJR has identified a number of tax, employment and training incentives offered by the state of West Virginia to deliver an attractive package of incentives to the development including access to low-interest project financing. With the Mercer Nash Innovation District, CJR leverages its expertise to engage cross-marketing opportunities and facilitate the creation of a cooperate, collaborative, self-sustaining economic zone that will become a premiere model for rural development in America.
